We love the outdoor space at this quaint Italian villa. Amidst the hazel and chestnut trees, you'll find lots of hidden spots to relax and enjoy the weather. Take a dip in the swimming pool, gather for drinks under the parasol, and enjoy an Italian feast alfresco under the clambering vines on the patio. The single-floor layout of this home means each of the bedrooms enjoys peaceful garden views, and the sliding glass doors let in plenty of sunshine into the living space. Tucked away in a rural corner of Viterbo, this is the perfect spot to unwind from everyday life – yet there's plenty to see in the local area, from the shore of Lago di Vico to charming hilltop towns like Ronciglione.

Home truths:
*A caretaker lives in a separate house on the same estate. Due to the home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – private, covered parking is available for up to three cars.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the study.
*Well-behaved small pets are permitted at this home – medium or large pets are permitted with prior approval.
*While this is a single-level home, there are some steps around the home and garden.
*You may encounter a local cat and two dogs during your stay – they are friendly, and the male dog is neutered, but if you have allergies, you may wish to take care.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and a high chair for free on request.
*Air conditioning is only available in the living room, but all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
*This home includes housekeeping once a week on a Saturday from 10am to 1pm. Linens are also changed once per week on a Saturday.
