Small kitchenette (Gas stove, 3 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Beautiful view of the Cathedral. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.

Public car park at 300 m, public parking on the road extra. Shop 5 m, supermarket 650 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 5 m, railway station "Udine" 24 km, sandy beach "Lignano" 67 km, shingle beach "Fiume Tagliamento a Pinzano" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 15 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Nearby attractions: Duomo di San Daniele del Friuli 20 m, Grotte di Pradis 23 km. Please note: no lift. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Very good starting point with many possibilities for excursions. Very nice people in the shop with great souvenirs to take home. The bar right next to the apartment should be ordered a police hour. Friday and Saturday until 4 - 5 in the morning allows little sleep. Nevertheless, I would like to book the apartment again
