You'll find it in the historic heart of Modena, an easy stroll from Modena Cathedral, Corso Canalchiaro, and Piazza Grande. If you're after top-notch grub, the nearby Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana is moments away, along with an array of other traditional restaurants. Back home, there's a compact kitchenette, a cosy bedroom, and views of the cobblestone streets on your doorstep. There isn't much space to sprawl out (especially with the sofa bed in use), but you'll have everything you need to feel at home.

*At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed. As the living area is a bit narrow, we think it will feel like a squeeze with it in use. We'd recommend a guest count of two.
*The bedroom is rather small – there isn't much room to wander around the bed.
