Nice and clean flat close to the beach (10 to 15 min walk) and historic sites (churches/mosaics in nearby city Ravenna, 30 min by bus). _Very_ friendly and helpful landlords. Beach very kids friendly (playgrounds). Overall, very happy with our holidays :-)

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished. Located in the middle of the pine forest, it is not too warm either. The holiday apartment is on the ground floor, above which the landlords have their weekend apartment. It was great that we could use the bikes, so we could leave the car for the most part. The landlords are very nice and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the hospitality.

First experience of family vacation in an apartment, complete with private garden, bicycles for the whole family with bolt and perfectly working fireplace with free wood supply. House received very clean and complete with every accessory and appliance, only a small hitch with the oven, but the owners have always proved to be kind and helpful. Surely it was a very positive experience and to be repeated, as well as to recommend to families with children.

We enjoyed the days in the quiet resort. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful landlord. It was ideal to get to the sea in a few minutes with the bicycles provided free of charge. We could also use the table tennis table in the garden. The only thing that disturbed the peace was that the apartment was very noisy.

The casa delle rose apartment is perfect for a stay by the sea. The house is well equipped, large, with a nice garden. The sea is 5 minutes away by bike, the right distance to enjoy the tranquility and silence of the neighborhood. Very cool, the apartment is also perfect for children.

Communication with c MR and Ao friendly and fast, ultra courteous and caring welcome. Large ground floor apartment in a very quiet area, with everything convenient both by bike and by car (there is parking both on the street and in the courtyard). The house is always cool, no fans or air conditioners are needed. Mosquito nets are very functional. We would like to have made more use of the spaces, especially the porch with table! :) Too bad we stayed a few days.

The apartment is spotless, super-equipped, large and with a beautiful garden. Maria Rita has provided us with 2 bicycles so that we can easily reach the beach and enjoy the trips. a stone's throw away is the lagoon, with unforgettable sunsets. highly recommended !!
