It’s in the heart of the Itria Valley on 3 hectares of land, so you can admire countryside and olive grove views from almost every angle. We love the private swimming pool, which was carved out of rock. You’ll be staying in trulli, the conical-roofed structures unique to this part of Italy – some of the decor is a little dated, but we think it adds to the rustic charm. You’ll be just a 2-kilometre drive from the centre of Cisternino, and the coast is ten minutes away by car.
