Nestled in the picturesque Valle d'Itria, this historic home is a real gem. It's surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and offers views of nearby Ostuni, only a five-minute drive away. On a summer's day, there's no better spot to unwind than beside the private pool. Afterwards, tuck into an alfresco dinner on the terrace – your host can arrange cooking lessons and chefs for a fee. We're big fans of the traditional features inside – think exposed stone and arched doorways – yet with a collection of en-suite bedrooms, everyone will have plenty of space and privacy.

*Not every room is photographed, but expect the style and quality to be similar to the rest of the home. The en-suite bathrooms have a separate WC, and in some cases, the shower may be directly in the bedroom.
*There's only room for twelve to dine around the table, though further seating is available on the terrace.
*The pool is available to use between 1st May and 31st October.
