Spend mornings cooling off in the pool or curling up in the hammock with a book, then fire up the barbecue for a long, alfresco lunch. When you're ready to explore, hop in the car and uncover the coastline's secluded beaches and coves before heading into Nardo for some fresh pasta and a nice, cold spritz.
