Surrounded by olive trees, the garden is a serene place to unwind, whether you're lounging by the pool or seated in the shade with an aperitif. Bring the outside in by sliding open the glass doors in the rustic kitchen – this also makes for seamless evening dining. All that glass is replaced by traditional stone in the living space and bedroom, where you can fall asleep under a traditional trullo conical roof. This part of Puglia is certainly off the tourist path, and when you're not relaxing at home, you can explore picturesque towns like Maruggio and unspoilt beaches along the coast.
