This ancient medieval tower has been restored to welcome couples and solo explorers. Charming and modern, it's worth noting there isn't a kitchen or living space here. Still, you'll find ample seating on the shared terrace and a breakfast buffet, making this a good base. The communal swimming pool and hot tub are also a bonus, but it's the location that really drew us to this spot. Located minutes from beautiful beaches like Torre Santa Sabina, the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, and the historic center of Ostuni, this unlocks another side of Italy.
