Upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 1 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 180 cm). Exit to the garden, to the balcony, to the terrace. Wooden floors. Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer, logs (extra). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only.

Baulin 14 km from Arvier: Rustic, comfortable 2-family house "Maison Baulin", 1'700 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, semi-detached. In the hamlet Baulin 16 km from the centre of Avise, 27 km from the centre of Aosta, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. For shared use: terrace, barbecue, parking at the house at 50 m. Supermarket 13 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, café 3 km, thermal baths "Pré-Saint-Didier" 28 km. Nearby attractions: Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Courmayeur Mont Blanc 34 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

At the end of the world is a hut on a mountain. With a stream behind your house. A little bit of your own place. Only the farmer with his cows to keep you company :)

Warm welcome by M. and his niece. The house is located up in the mountains, in a dead end street, with a farm and a few houses. If you don't mind the scent of cows every now and then, it is a beautiful place to relax and de-stress. The apartment is basic and not exceptionally comfortable, but good value for money. The location is perfect to go hiking, rafting, etc. The only negative we found is the size of the beds (we are tall), but this was compensated by the charm and environment.

Perfect stay in the mountains! Get away from routine life and enjoy. Everything you need for a holiday in the mountains. Charming scenery, excellent view, only in the company of a few farmers, dogs and cows. Very nice walking paths starting in the area. Take into account it's a long drive (+/- 20 min if you are comfortable driving in the mountains) down to the valley. Plan the stay accordingly and make sure you don't have to drive down every day.

The holiday home is in a hamlet with a few houses that are no longer inhabited, so it is very quiet. The Grisenche valley is very good for hiking and cycling. The holiday home is very well furnished with two terraces, one in the morning and one in the evening. Both offer a beautiful view! The landlord is extraordinarily helpful. We felt very comfortable!
