The house is very large surrounded by greenery and really spacious, with an excellent view and a spectacular swimming pool, a shame about the not-so-optimal cleaning of the house and the poor care of the outdoor areas.

The house is located on a long avenue, the view is formidable, the swimming pool is large and the house itself is spacious with many rooms, nice seating areas and simply furnished. Fine.

The house is very large and very pleasant - it lacks a few kitchen utensils (no dish or plate for the oven for example). We had a very good stay, the exterior needs a little maintenance but due to the current period (COVID) we can excuse the owner! Magnificent view of the "Gran Sasso" and nearby beaches. In short, a great rental!

Very nice, comfortable and spacious house with 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, terrace and a very large swimming pool, owner very friendly, helpful, vast area, the town itself is very atmospheric, I highly recommend it.
