Beautiful cottage "I Due Carpini", surrounded by trees and fields. 3 apartments in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Città Sant'Angelo, 25 km from the centre of Pescara, 20 km from the centre of Pineto, in a secluded position on a slope, 12 km from the sea. For shared use: property 2'000 m2, large garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (extra). 900 m long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, railway station "Pescara" 25 km, sandy beach "Montesilvano" 12 km. The propriietor occassionally uses the pool during the summer months.

Well located, surrounded by nature. However, we had rented accommodation for 10 people, consisting of two apartments for 5 people each. The description indicated that there was no close neighbor and that therefore the pool was at our disposal, to us alone. Big surprise when we arrived and we learned that there was a third adjoining accommodation to the two of ours, and that as a result we had neighbors!!! Disappointment ... The wifi was shared in the three apartments by a modem and amplifiers, but the modem was in the neighbors' apartment and suddenly the wifi did not work before the neighbors arrived, and worked very weakly after they arrived... Housekeeping left something to be desired. Comfort ok, kitchen accessories etc ok Swimming pool ok Caretaker's reception, perfect. He came to clean the pool every morning before we were even up.
