rom 1963 Nicola Howlin helped run the family B&B – part of Breens Pub – in the village. When married, she opened Carrig House with her husband Nicky in 1999. They have been in receipt of much praise not only from guests but also industry experts alike. There are Failte Ireland approved.The Premises: Our home is a dormer style bungalow based in the heart of the village of Carrig-on-Bannow. We have collected beautiful pieces of art and antiques along their travels around the world. They are displayed to be enjoyed by their guests. Our guests are free to relax and enjoy the views from the house – either in their room or in the communal areas.
