Our holiday home has four bedrooms and will sleep eight.

The house has Oil Central Heating with Solar Panels.
Kitchen
The kitchen is completely equipped with a Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Tumble Dryer and Washing Machine. There is a large spacious adjoining dining area with area leading to garden.
Utility Room
The spacious utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bathrooms
Main luxurious extra large bathroom with disabled toilet & Shower/Steam room.
Sensory Room/AV room
The Sensory Room has child-safe and visually stimulating interactive/audio visual entertainment systems to distract children. 77" screen for TV, DVD Player and Computer attached.
Outside
• Secure Detached Setting with car parking and large lawn front and back with garden benches.
• Private Forest & River Walk
• Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Boules.
