Reeks Cottage is a charming detached cottage set in its own private grounds next door to the owner's property and close to Killorglin, gateway to the Ring of Kerry, and can sleep nine people in two ground floor double bedrooms with en-suites, a twin room and a family room. There is a family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen, dining room (seats 8) and sitting room (seats 7) with open fire. To the outside of the property there is a front gravelled garden and a rear and side lawned garden with patio and furniture. Reeks Cottage is an ideal base for friends and families looking to explore the spectacular Ring of Kerry. Fuel and power charged via meter reading at the end of your stay

Area
The pretty town of Killorglin is situated in the heart of County Kerry. Killorglin is the gateway to the Ring of Kerry and offers cafes, restaurants and pubs, along with great fishing and festivals. Close by are sandy beaches and golf courses, while the delightful town of Killarney is also within easy reach, offering a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and theatres.

Front gravelled garden and rear and side lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

Distance to Killorglin on website is incorrect.. Not mentioned when booking that you have to pay extra after your stay for electricity and gas. Water was cut off by owners on the morning of departure when someone was in the shower. Water in taps very dirty could not drink or make any tea/coffee, Ended up brushing teeth with bottled water.

Had no phone No.. for the property, called the number on website but didn't get through. E-mailed the address on the website to no avail. Property location on Website map was totally incorrect, stated 850 yards from Killorglin (as per map) property was 3km from Killorglin. Drove around with picture of house till we found it.

We stayed at Reeks Cottage last week and had a wonderful time.. Patrick and Mrs O'Connor were most welcoming, friendly and approachable. The house is beautiful, very spacious and has all mod-cons. The house is in a wonderful location with easy access to Killarney, Dingle and other beautiful areas around Kerry. I would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Kerry. Beautiful cottage in a lovely setting just minutes away from the lovely town if killorglin.. Child friendly house with a back garden for children to play and beaches 10 mons drive away.booked again for this year.
