For beach lovers and surfers it is located only minutes from the renowned Castlegregory and Fermoyle beaches, where you can catch those famous Brandon Bay waves! If there are hikers in the group it is a dream as from the front door of the property one can take the pretty 800m path that leads take directly into the mountains and lakes behind. Access to Irelands second highest mountain is 17.5kms at Faha. There is an abundance of amenities close by such as pubs/restaurants in Camp (Upper and Lower) and Castlegregory. There is also a large supermarket, cafes, pharmacy, gift shops and beauty salon in Castlegregory. All of these amenities are within 3kms. If you decide to entertain at the property there is plenty pf space outside to have relaxed outdoor meals in absolute tranquillity. Bedrooms All bedrooms in the property are located on the ground floor. As you enter the property to the right hand side of the main living space there is a large double bedroom with views out onto the garden and an ensuite. From the same living area to the left hand side there is a small hallway that leads to two further bedrooms. The first is to the left hand side of that small hallway and is light filled looking onto the front garden. This spacious room has a double bed and a single bed. To the right hand side of this hallway there is a rear twin bedroom that looks out to the foliage and rear grounds around the property.  Bathrooms The double room on the right hand side as you enter the property has an ensuite with a WC, basin and walk-in shower. There is a master bathroom located between the other two bedrooms. This bathroom has a WC, basin and walk-in shower.   Living Area The vaulted double height ceiling of the living area gives this house a real American mountain lodge feel. The room is extremely spacious and has three sofas in a very sociable layout around the impressive large log stove. As the room is all open plan it consists of the kitchen and dining spaces. The dining table seats six people, there is also a very attractive old fashioned dresser to one side of this room. Overall this is an ideal room for entertaining and late night board games! Kitchen The kitchen is nicely positioned in one corner of the large room and is very practically laid out. There is an easy to use electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary cooking equipment. This room also leads to a utility room that has a washing machine and tumble dryer.  Dining Area The dining area is in another section of this open plan room. It is a solid pine table with six chairs. There is easy flow from the kitchen area to the table. Access There is only one entrance/exit area. The property is on a large site and has ample parking in front of the house. There is plenty of sheltered space around the back of the property for bikes and any type of sports equipment. Some bars include Bolands, Fitzgeralds and further out on the Maharees Spillanes. There are a handful of high season eateries such as Gregorys Garden, Milesian, Pisces and Spillanes. Other great dining options can be found in Camp Junction (known as Camp Lower) namely in Fitzgeralds Pub/Restaurant and also Ashes Pub/Restaurant in Camp Upper is always worth a visit. For both food and entertainment O Connors Pub/Restaurant is just 14.8kms away  Kerry Airport 40km
