This yard is a safe area for children to play and for car parking. It also has a barbeque and a picnic bench. Green hills rise away from the rear of the house. Conveniently situated to Rossnowlagh beach and Murvagh golf course ( both within 5 minutes ) or Donegal town ( 10 minutes ) Waterworld and horse riding ( Bundoran ) are only 15 minutes drive. There are numerous pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes drive of the house. Rossnowlagh offers a blue flag beach with lifeguard patrols in the summer months. It it therefore a popular spot for swimmers. Rossnowlagh is synonymous with surfing in Ireland. There is also sea, river, or lake angling in the locality.

Upstairs the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 double ( one en suite ) and 1 single and also bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bed linen and towels supplied free. Cot and high chair also available. Downstairs enjoy the atmosphere of a log fire in either of the two living rooms ( wood and peat for fires supplied free ) Spacious modern kitchen / dining room with all modern conveniences, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washer / dryer, electric hob / oven, microwave, etc.. There is also a WC downstairs. Property with oil central heating and owner lives nearby and can give information about events and the locality.
