Follow the N25 from Cork (East) or Waterford (West) until you come to Lakeview roundabout at Midleton.
Take the exit for Cloyne, Whitegate and Ballycotton. Take the next left for Cloyne and Ballycotton and follow the road for about six kilometres until you come to Cloyne. Yield and drive through the cross and the property is on your left.
