Beehive Cottage is a detached property set near Kilbrittain in Ireland. It provides three double bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom and can sleep six people. The interior also comes with an open-plan living area incorporating a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double, 1 x upstairs double 1 x upstairs with 5' double & cot. Ground floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, upstairs bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Area
A village boasting sandy beaches, a castle, woodland walks, and several pubs and restaurants. Kinsale is 10 miles away with narrow streets, medieval ruins and a harbour and marina. The town is boasts art galleries, bars and shops, and is known for gourmet restaurants, yachting, angling and golf.

County Cork is full of truly breathtaking natural beauty. With unspoilt beaches, historic castles, and modern visitor attractions, there’s plenty for all ages to absorb and there is always plenty to see and do in County Cork.

We were given a warm welcome on arrival, with friendly advice from Bernie on the area during our stay. There was plenty of room for the two of us to spread out, but it was very cosy as well. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, Kinsale, the Old Head, Courtmacsherry and the local beaches being highlights. We only had one wet afternoon when we went to Cork, but that didn't matter! We will definitely recommend the cottage to our friends and family. Thank you Bernie!

The location was perfect and it was a fantastic clean and spacious holiday cottage. It is in a beautifully unspoilt area with beaches a short drive away and lovely towns within easy reach to explore and shop. We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from the owner, Bernie who was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this house and if going to cork again would book it.

This was a lovely cottage it was close to everything we wanted the beach and shops were a small drive away.. It was a warm cosy house. Bernie was very friendly and got us anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this house and if going to cork again would book it.

This was a fantastic clean and spacious holiday cottage.. It is in a beautifully unspoilt area with beaches about a 5 minute drive away and lovely towns within easy reach to explore and shop. Further afield are whale and dolphin searching trips. The only downside is the listing says that power is included in rent. This isn't the case. There was some money in the meter at arrival but we needed to top up with 2 euro coins at least once a day. Not too much of a problem and wouldn't stop us from renting again but needs to be known.

Beehive Cottage is very well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer drier, gas cooker and two showers.. There are three excellent sized bedrooms with good storage space. The cottage is perfectly located for tourist attractions. There is a beach and woodland walks within 15 minutes drive and a coastal walk within 30 minutes drive.

A lovely cottage with all of the facilities needed for a holiday.. With the warm weather all of bedrooms were a wonderful temperature with the windows giving great air and breeze when needed. Thank you for having us stay!
