It has three bedrooms including a king-size bed with en-suite facilities and two double bedrooms, there is also a family shower room, the cottage can sleep six people. Also inside there is a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a rear patio with furniture and a 2 acre paddock . Shandrum Brook is a cottage perfect for families in a great location. Please note that guests will need to bring their own supplies should they wish to use the woodburning stove.

Mallow, with its castle and 'Spa House', offers a range of amenities while fishing and canoeing are available on Blackwater River. County Limerick is rich in history, with its castles, museums and medieval churches. Within driving distance are the many attractions of the “Premier County”, Tipperary, with its scenery and historic monuments including the Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle. This is also a great region for anglers and golfers, with a wealth of rivers and golf courses to choose from.
