Kitchen-/living room in the entrance (3 hot plates, oven, microwave) with dining table, satellite TV. Shower/WC. Large terrace 20 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Reserved parking (fenced 4 cars). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The house has 2 separate kitchens each equipped for 4 persons and is therefore ideally suited for 2 families.

Balatonöszöd 10 km from Balatonboglár: Large house "Sunlight". In a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the beach. Private: large garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) lawn, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. Grocery 400 m, restaurant 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Riding stable 2 km.

Accommodation was in a good location: spacious house, large garden, playground next door, about 15 minutes walk to the nicely arranged beach. Unfortunately, the furnishings were from the 1970s, especially the beds smelled of mold, chairs, tables, couches... everything was old and best not to touch. No kettle, gas stoves can only be used to a limited extent. Adapt with shopping - small shop in Balatonszemes but better to stock up in Spar in Balatonlelle.

There is no living space inside. Only bedrooms. this makes no sense.. Kitchen upstairs is compleet waiste op space...To bee a good house make some adjustemenst/ renovations.

The house needs a little maintenance in the wiring. Bulbs are missing, sockets are damaged. I would prefer sockets due to the possible visits of children. Otherwise, the equipment is good, the location of the building is really in a quiet place.
