Everything essential is in good condition. (Beds, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture) We live by the motto: Leave the place nicer than you found it. We cleaned all the cupboards and kitchen equipment. The key handover was easy and relaxed. We had a great time.

We were in the holiday home with 6 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen is very well equipped, unfortunately the dishwasher was broken. The lounge with the large table is great, as is the TV corner. The garden with trampoline is very child-friendly, the terrace is very nice. Everything was clean, little things need renovation or repair. Lake Balaton is less than 5 minutes away, and there are shops in just under 10 minutes. You can park 2 cars on the property.

We booked the cottage for a 2 week stay. The key handover was uncomplicated via a tourist office in Balatonlelle (1 town further). The house actually has everything you need for a stay. A washing machine and several baby cots are also available. The large garden invites young and old to play. The neighbor who does not speak German but speaks very good English is available for any repair work that needs to be done
