You can own this Beach Front Apartment for 700 Euros per week and everything is included you pay NOTHING when you stay here. Example for one week per year for the next 10 years the sale price is 7,000. Euros if you want to stay two weeks every year it will cost 14,000 Euros for the 10 year contract, witch also can be pay in monthly payments. And you have the option to come to Greece any time of the year you want, just let us know 30 days prier so we can book the days for you, and this will be the process every year at NO extra cost to you.

This contract you can pass it on to your kids, Family, or any one that you want, also if one year you can t' make it to Greece you can rent it out and you collect the rent. And the owner pays all utilities, Cleaning and all maintains.
