Hear the breeze rustle the olive trees nearby, and feel completely at peace. Relaxation is the order of the day at this villa, located close to Lake Kournas, the only natural lake on Crete.

The villa is modern and attractive, with clean lines and a simple colour palette. Huge windows look out over the private swimming pool, where we’d be spending most of our time. When you’re not splashing about or sunbathing, you might be reclining on the terrace – there’s a pretty outdoor lounge area that’s the ideal spot for pre-dinner cocktails.
