Slightly futuristic yet Cretan at its core, this modern villa perched on the coast is something special. Sleeping twelve, with one bedroom set apart as a self-catering “underground bunk”, it offers endless sea views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Sleek and contemporary, the open-flow living area – complete with a piano – gives you plenty of space to entertain. It may not be what you picture when you think of Crete, but that’s exactly what draws us to it, especially with an in-house gym, office, direct path to the sea, and just a short drive from some of the island’s most photogenic beaches and top restaurants.

*One of the bedrooms is underground as the "bunker", it may not be for everyone, but we think it's a pretty unique feature.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. You'll want to keep an eye on little ones at all times.
