Outdoor living takes centre stage here, with a pool, flower-filled gardens and a standout roof terrace made for sunset lounging under the stars. Meanwhile inside, the home has a contemporary minimalist feel, with those breathtaking views from nearly every room. One will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room here. Plus, the kitchen space isn’t the biggest, but we think that’s the perfect excuse to venture out for local food. There’s plenty to do nearby too – from beach days and scenic hikes to archaeological sites and village tavernas – making this peaceful hideaway feel perfectly placed.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car if you'd like to explore more of the island. There's free parking here.
*The king size bed in the ground floor bedroom can be converted into two singles.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
