Holiday Rental Description

As soon as we saw this home, we could tell that the host is an architect – it's a design lover's dream. Spread across a two-bedroom penthouse and a ground-floor studio, there's plenty of space here to get comfortable. A couple of balconies boast cityscape outlooks on one side and sunset views on the other, while the roof terrace is perfect for cocktails. We love the vistas that stretch from the Acropolis to the hills of Athens. Inside, expect double-height ceilings, concrete finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and lots of tropical plants and orchids. Those wanting an extra slice of privacy will enjoy the studio's third bedroom and a small kitchenette.

Located in Gazi, a pedestrian cobblestone path starts just around the corner from this home and leads all the way to the old neighbourhood of Plaka, which sits below the Acropolis. Or head to the nearby Gazi Technopolis, a cultural centre within a former gasworks, which hosts concerts and exhibitions.

*This home consists of two apartments. The penthouse on the 4th and 5th floors features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area. A ground-floor studio has the third bedroom and bathroom – there's also a small kitchenette.
*Please note that there are other apartments in the building, but they are completely independent.
*The king-sized bed can be converted into two singles upon request.
*There are stairs to climb here.
*The second bedroom has a double bed on a platform, with a couple of steps up.
*There's a 43" HDTV with Netflix, Disney+, Chromecast.
*The kitchen has a blender for making dips and smoothies.
*A cot is available upon request.
*We'd recommend using a scooter, a bike or walking to explore the area – free street parking is not easy but possible.
