Parking (limited number of spaces), public parking 35 m. Shop 6 km, grocery 100 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant, bar 150 m, bakery 300 m, café 150 m, bus stop "Ediger" 300 m, railway station "Cochem" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 14 km, swimming bay 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 12 km, riding stable 10 km, children's playground 700 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Pulvermaar 16 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Mosel 70 m. Apartment and Gründerzeithaus are located near the famous winery Walter J. Oster with 10.5 hectares of vineyards (Bremmer Calmont (Europe’s steepest vineyard), Neefer Frauenberg, Ediger Elzhofberg), visits and wine tasting (8-10 wines) are possible for a fee on request and by appointment. The house with the four bedrooms with their own bathrooms was very old but beautifully furnished. The kitchen and living area was very nicely developed. But you could also sit in the courtyard. Also had very nice contact with the owner and his very good wines. We can only recommend the house of Tante A. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall we liked the house. The bedrooms are big enough and the box spring beds are really very comfortable. The living-dining room on the 2nd floor is very spacious and extensively equipped. The small courtyard offered space for our 6 bicycles. The location of the apartment in the center of Ediger-Eller cannot be topped. I have two small points of criticism, not enough towel rails in the bathrooms and no insect protection for the windows, which should be available in this price range
