Accustomed to this holiday residence, we feel at ease there, with the feeling when we arrive that we will not be disappointed. Warm welcome despite the language problem. The apartment is immaculate like those occupied in previous bookings.

Apartment was very neat and clean but the outside is really ugly and poorly maintained, Swimming pool was closed and it looks like it has been for a long time. Nothing else to do and no restaurant so eat at the apartment or outside the door.Jammer that it is also further from Koblenz than I expected, so always the car though there is a bus.

During the summer days it is very difficult to get a halfway acceptable climate in the premises. The toilet also has no ventilation system. So the air is there too. In addition, some of the kitchen utensils do not exist or show major signs of wear. Service and cleanliness are spotless!

The apartment is attractive and modernized including the bathroom. Everything you need for utensils is available. Very friendly administrative staff!

We were pleasantly surprised by the equipment in the apartment. We started our hikes directly from the complex. Great! All activities are good and can be reached in a few minutes. nice also the evenings on the balcony. The only thing that bothered me was the disco party on Friday evening, which was very long (1:30 a.m.) and very loud! We would still recommend the system with a clear conscience!
