Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), conservatory. Facilities: iron, hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Access from the living / dining room to the 30 m2 winter garden. Stair lift to the 1st floor (max. 90 kg). Owner fires a tiled stove.

3-family house. On the outskirts, 400 m from the centre of Schwalenberg, in a quiet position on a slope, 50 m from the edge of the forest. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, grocery 300 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant, bakery, café 300 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Schieder" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, children's playground 300 m. Nearby attractions: Hermannsdenkmal 27 km, Welterbe Corvey 28 km, Externsteine 26 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schiedersee 6 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

The accommodation is furnished according to the pictures old-fashioned. Everything was there that you needed. However, the kitchen utensils were very dirty or rusty. We rinsed everything again before we used it. Some of the wallpaper on the walls has come loose. The bathroom was newer and also clean. The location is good for the small town of Schwalenberg. A good location for trips to the surrounding sights. Too expensive for the condition.
