The apartment is great in terms of size and location. Cleanliness should be worked on. Crumbs from the previous guest, hair in the bed, in the bathroom and even in the kitchen. The sofa is so worn out that you can't offer anyone to sleep on it. All in all pretty dingy. My daughter's tights are so dirty from crawling that they actually belong in the trash. It's a shame, we were there for the second time, but there won't be a third time!

Nice, well-equipped house with parking spaces. Located in a quiet place surrounded by greenery, on the outskirts of the village. Using one of the many restaurants available in Zinnowitz or shopping requires a 1 - 1.5 km walk each way. To the beach - about 1.5 km. Minor deficiencies in the equipment, especially when it comes to cleaning products for the maintenance of the facility, but not spoiling the overall positive assessment. Due to the stairs not recommended for disabled people.

We spent a family autumn vacation in Zinnowitz, we felt very comfortable in the apartment, cleanliness and furnishings were fine, even two free bicycles were available for use. It was almost 2 km to the beach, but it was easy to manage.

Price-performance ratio is very good, there were only two problems (note), the sofa is worn out and radiators in the kitchen and living room hardly heat up. Otherwise OK
