The house is super clean and situated in a beautiful, peaceful setting with a well-maintained garden. Parking is available on the private, gated property. It's a great base for cycling to the village, the beach, and neighboring villages. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the manager, who explained everything clearly. The house has mosquito screens on the windows, which was very helpful during our stay (mosquitoes were a problem in the evenings). In terms of value for money, the bed isn't comfortable. For this price range, a box spring would be more appropriate.

We had a pleasant week at this accommodation. Everything was in excellent condition, both inside and out. The reception and staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

We once again felt very comfortable on Usedom and at Haus Heide. The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! Mr. A. is superbly looked after and is in very good condition! We especially enjoyed the long evening walks on the beach in Karlshagen. The contact with Mr. A. was very pleasant!

The house is OK and well maintained. It takes some getting used to, the bedroom is on the first floor and the bathroom with toilet is on the ground floor. But that seems to be the norm in many houses there. It is located right next to a large biotope/toad pond. The noise was unbearable, especially at night, and it was impossible to sleep with the window open. May/June is probably mating season. The bedroom window looks directly onto the pond.

Very nice house, very nice, well-kept property. The house is well equipped and everything is very clean and a lot of things look like new. The property manager is very nice, committed and accommodating. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from using the terrace and barbecuing. I'll be back! I want to explore the beautiful surroundings by bike. I would recommend the house to my friends and acquaintances at any time.

The holiday home was very quiet and close to nature...ideal for a relaxing holiday. The facilities left nothing to be desired: fully equipped kitchen area, beautiful terrace and additional seating on the property where you could also grill. There was also a separate house with a sauna on the property. There was also a lockable storage area for bicycles. We were greeted by a very friendly caretaker. We would love to come back again.

The house is off the main road to Karlshagen. Very nice holiday home with a thatched roof, on a fenced plot with a well-kept lawn. Room, kitchen and bathroom all tiled and comfortably furnished. Everything very clean. At any time approachable nice caretaker.

A perfect place to relax, unwind, hike, bike. Very quiet environment, lots of nature, just wonderful. The house is very clean, the caretaker is very nice and always helpful. We liked it very much. We would love to come back and bring friends with us.

Everything is very good. Just a pity we couldn't use the sauna. (I don't even know if the sauna was still included in our price.) On the one hand it's understandable, because of Corona, on the other hand we were the only guests...

It was a great time. The house was great. With a great terrace, garden and barbecue area. It was great to get to the beach by bike. In general, we were out and about a lot by bike. Coming from Trassenheide, quiet, nice holiday complex on the outskirts. Pretty semi-detached house with bicycle shed, barbecue facilities, fireplace. Very clean, well equipped, nothing damaged, very nicely landscaped garden. Two small disadvantages: The center of Karlshagen is about 2 kilometers away. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor, the bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. If someone feels the urge to urinate at night, they can use the stairs. Overall absolutely recommendable.

Very nice house on a very nice lot.

We were on the left DH half as you face the house. The advertisement says for 4 people, so we thought about taking our older children (of legal age) with us. Afterwards I was glad that they couldn't, because in the 2nd bedroom there are more pull-out couches, and the bathroom is so small that I can only rent the house for 4 people with younger children. consider suitable. I found the duvets much too warm. Unfortunately, there are a lot of jellyfish on the coast.
