The condition of the furniture and cleanliness were okay. Wi-Fi reception was poor to very poor. The worst part, however, was the insufficient power supply. Two high-power appliances couldn't be used simultaneously—either the oven or the hot water. Luckily, we had a grill and a washing machine—but that's not standard! Rain was seeping into the neighbors' stove pipe—it can happen, but it should be fixed promptly. That wasn't the case, though. The mattress was worn out.

We really liked the accommodation. We had a wonderful holiday there. We especially enjoyed the lawn in front of the house. Bed linen and tea towels would have been nice. I expected that for the price. We didn't use the sauna or whirlpool, as this would have significantly increased the electricity bill. The cleanliness wasn't what we expected either. Our little daughter found toilet paper from the previous tenant on the side of the bathroom.

The sofa was eaten through...the toilet was broken in the bathroom, but it was quickly fixed...the toaster was very old and only partially worked...the food at the reception was fantastic

Very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, many things were closed, so we couldn't use them all, or at least not until our last day. There's a nice, large playground and an indoor playground. This holiday park is ideal for a vacation with young children, but teenagers might find it a bit boring. We adults really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the numerous walks by the lake or through the forest.

We were pleasantly surprised. The new holiday home was in top condition. Everything you need for a holiday was there. Arrival and departure were well organised. The Granzow holiday park is well equipped.

We were warmly welcomed at the reception, felt very comfortable to be able to switch off from everyday life for a few days. Very bright living/dining area through the large windows. Our highlight was the fireplace and the jacuzzi.

The accommodation was large and clean. The large bathroom had a whirlpool and a sauna. The rooms were nicely furnished and had everything you needed. It was a shame that the small supermarket on site was closed. We were a little disappointed that our son wasn't allowed to use the gym, as it can only be used by people aged 17 and over with a parent, but that wasn't mentioned anywhere when booking. Otherwise it was nice.
