-Missing joint between tiles -could be cleaner - balcony tiles loose - dirt from previous tenant under couch - coffee machine takes forever - cobwebs in all rooms - bed uncomfortable

The apartment is very nice, but too small for 4 people. Friendly and bright, nice balcony WLAN is in need of improvement outside very well in the living area poor to bad bed linen should automatically be available in the apartment and not be an extra booking. Caretaker is very friendly, accommodating and helpful.
