The holiday apartment is close to the sea and is well equipped. On the one hand it is quiet, but on the other hand you are just a few minutes' walk from various restaurants, bakeries and shops.

A very nice little apartment. However, our e-bikes had to be parked outside. Here a roof for the expensive bikes would be nice.

The accommodation was very poorly cleaned. Cutlery and crockery had to be washed first. Fridge was also dirty, vegetable bowls and bottle holder dirty. Since we were in this apartment for the second time, we would have been happy if the television had worked properly this time.

The accommodation and location were excellent, easy walking distance to the beach etc. The Wi-Fi signal was not always strong but as this was a holiday it wasn’t a great problem nor was there a barbecue as mentioned in the booking details yet again not a major problem. Our main problem was the information when we collected the key and the instructions at the apartment were only available in German, an English translation would have been appreciated.

As in the previous year, the apartment was very well maintained and clean and completely furnished. The previously objected "garbage disposal" has also been improved. We will be happy to come back.

Overall, the positives clearly outweighed the negative. Criticism in three points: 1. The small terrace was very unkempt. 2. The garbage cans were "packed" and were not emptied the whole time! 3. In the bathroom the plug for the water drainage was very dirty. really gross!

First of all, we would like to say that the accommodation itself is very comfortably furnished, you should feel "at home". Unfortunately, the cleanliness left more than a lot to be desired. It is only cleaned "on sight". Areas that should be cleaned due to Corona (kitchen front) were very unsightly. Under the curtains was dirt, from the overflow in the bathroom "grew" green covering. After more than a week, there was no reaction from the provider to a review left. What a pity!

does she apartment actually look like! Everything in a neat, modern ambience, good facilities. Comfortable beds. Only the description that a part of the garden belongs to the Baltrum apartment is not entirely correct. It is a small enclosed terrace that cannot be seen from the street. Absolutely sufficient for 2 people and thanks to its south-west location sun until the evening. However, the included WLAN offered is insufficient

Small apartment, near the beach. The only drawback was the lack of a wardrobe, the few drinking glasses in the kitchen and that the couch wasn't clean upon arrival.

House with 7 apartments. House is very noisy, which is very unpleasant. Other families have behaved very loudly and inappropriately. The apartment looks great in the pictures, everything is very cheap in real life. Mattresses were very bad, very soft. Wifi very bad.

We spent two very pleasant weeks in the really nice apartment. It is very quiet and yet close to the sea and a small shopping street. The equipment was very good, only blinds were missing, which we find important in a ground floor apartment.

We can only recommend this apartment. It is very well furnished. Very clean. You didn't hear anything from neighbors. We didn't miss anything. Zm place, swimming pool and beach or dyke only short distances. A good eatery close by with a good selection of food.
