A rating sheet with some defects was submitted on site. I'm curious to see if that will help. Defective laminate. Shower calcified and defective. Socket in living room broken. Light bulb missing in living room. Clothes rack not available. Childproof high chair very dirty as well as living room cushions. Vacuum cleaner room very messy. Couch cracked

Very nice apartment, the only thing missing is a cupboard in the kitchen where you can store food. The only drawback is that the laminate flooring is very poorly laid, you often get caught in socks.

Altogether large but outdated apartment. The ground floor is tip-top (everything was there except for a washing machine), but the first floor with the 3 bedrooms is insufficient. NO blinds or shutters to darken the windows in the sloping roof... An absolute no-go with children who are sensitive to light (ours are not). Furthermore, a reserved stroller was simply forgotten. Service extremely impersonal (chain stop). Great location and very quiet. The small garden is great too.

1. Condition of the property years after the photo 2. Apartment completely worn out and not cleaned 3. Basic cleaning and disinfection was completely missing 4. Garbage, clothes from the previous tenant and lots of fruit flies as well as completely dirty floors, leftovers on the dishes and a shower that did not fully function 5 Self-cleaning on the day you move in 6. The existing carpet in the living room was dirty and we moved it out 7. The beds were completely worn out 8. Bed linen and towels to rent were too expensive

There is a smell of drains in the bathroom. shower not clean. Heater above not working properly. No blinds in the bedrooms on the skylights.

Beautiful apartment with a few small blemishes. The facility is ok - you can see that something is always being done in the apartment. Some things could have been a little more up-to-date, but that's also a matter of taste. A wardrobe and a large mirror were missing on the 1st floor - there is only 1 mirror in the walk-in closet (2nd floor). However, a big disadvantage was that there is only 1 key for the apartment.

Beautiful, large apartment just not clean. On the toilets there was still rubbish from the previous tenant, bathroom, floors and kitchen were dirty. Too bad.
