"Seeteufel", 4-room apartment 120 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper floor. Living room 23 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Kitchen 12 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: 2 rooms 16 m2, with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 13 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Sep. WC. Balcony furniture, conservatory. Facilities: children's high chair, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Access to the winter garden through the living room.

Beautiful apartment house. In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 1.1 km from the sea, 1.1 km from the beach. In the house: central heating system (extra). Parking at the house. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant 400 m, bakery 650 m, café 400 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 2 km, ferry 2 km, sandy beach 1.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Golf course (9 hole) 8.5 km, surf school 1.5 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 850 m.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet our expectations, it was very unclean and the beds are not comfortable, so we preferred to go home.

Altogether large but outdated apartment. The ground floor is tip-top (everything was there except for a washing machine), but the first floor with the 3 bedrooms is insufficient. NO blinds or shutters to darken the windows in the sloping roof... An absolute no-go with children who are sensitive to light (ours are not). Furthermore, a reserved stroller was simply forgotten. Service extremely impersonal (chain stop). Great location and very quiet. The small garden is great too.

1. Condition of the property years after the photo 2. Apartment completely worn out and not cleaned 3. Basic cleaning and disinfection was completely missing 4. Garbage, clothes from the previous tenant and lots of fruit flies as well as completely dirty floors, leftovers on the dishes and a shower that did not fully function 5 Self-cleaning on the day you move in 6. The existing carpet in the living room was dirty and we moved it out 7. The beds were completely worn out 8. Bed linen and towels to rent were too expensive

There is a smell of drains in the bathroom. shower not clean. Heater above not working properly. No blinds in the bedrooms on the skylights.

Very good equipment and central, but still very quiet location, all around a successful holiday, enough space for individual room, even if you are traveling with several people

Beautiful apartment with a few small blemishes. The facility is ok - you can see that something is always being done in the apartment. Some things could have been a little more up-to-date, but that's also a matter of taste. A wardrobe and a large mirror were missing on the 1st floor - there is only 1 mirror in the walk-in closet (2nd floor). However, a big disadvantage was that there is only 1 key for the apartment.

Beautiful, large apartment just not clean. On the toilets there was still rubbish from the previous tenant, bathroom, floors and kitchen were dirty. Too bad.

Plenty of space, good location, everything was great except for the beds. I woke up every morning with back pain. But otherwise everything was as described. Getting old and clairaudient but yeah. We liked it very much
