The location of the holiday home is good, as everything is within walking distance, including the beach, swimming pool, playground, and shops. Parking is available in front of the house. The terrace is beautifully landscaped. The downside is that the kitchen is very small and there is no dishwasher. The bedrooms, including the children's and master bedrooms, are very cramped. The mattresses on the beds are very worn. The living room and hallway are very well equipped. The bathroom is small but adequate; unfortunately, the shower cubicle is very worn.

The accommodation was pleasantly spacious for us. The living space was very nice. The kitchenette is small and has no oven, but it was sufficient for us. The shower is narrow and a bit difficult to move around in. (My wife and I are not overweight.) The apartment was clean. The ordered bath/towel package only had one bath towel, which is not enough for a week.

Unfortunately, the stay was not so nice because it was not clean. I cleaned it because the information desk was closed at the weekend. We told the tourist information desk on Monday, but to no avail. We could have called and given them the chance to clean it. You don't have to complain before a holiday bungalow is cleaned. Others have also complained and been offered their money back. Unfortunately, we didn't. We would have looked for something else.

Bungalow with modern, high-quality furnishings in a central location in the spa park, not far from the beach. In the apartment you will find almost everything you need for everyday life. All terraces in the bungalow complex are arranged around a lawn. Depending on the occupancy, it can be a bit noisy. Dogs barking and children playing. If you like it lively, you will probably feel at home in the apartment.

Once again spent a great holiday in one of the shell houses. Unfortunately overlooked or not considered that there is no oven. Proximity to the center, seal station and beach top.

Despite the limited space, the apartment was very comfortable, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Everything worked and we felt comfortable. Little things like the shower cubicle or the heating in the bathroom are a bit old and could use replacing. In summary, we were very satisfied and would love to come back

When checking in via the Internet and paying with a credit card, you should also include a TAN from a TAN list in addition to a mobile TAN for the TAN. Since cell phones exceed the radiation limit of 10 mW/cm², I don't use cell phones.

The house was really nice, we felt very comfortable, but it could have been cleaner, in the bathroom next to the toilet there were residues of feces on the tiles, the fittings were yellowish, there were stains on the mattress protectors. On the other hand, it might be an incentive to think about socket safety for small children. The terrace and its furniture could have been cleaner. Otherwise we are not averse to come back again.

The house is perfect for families with small children or couples without children. Nobody really dares to use the common garden for 6 parties, because you don't want to disturb other holidaymakers. Furthermore, the advertisement said that there was a washing machine, but the advertisement did not mention that this was not in the building or that it was only possible for a fee. Otherwise it was a clean place to stay.

The apartment was clean, except for the terrace, which was unfortunately dirty from the previous guests (cigarette butts, etc.). Otherwise okay for a week. Unfortunately, the apartment is across the street from a retirement home, which isn't so bad, but from 5:30 / 6:00 a.m. the staff chats in front of this home, which you can no longer sleep with the window open.

The staff on site could have been a bit friendlier. The holiday apartment was actually very clean, but clouds of dust piled up in places such as on the wardrobes, which we used to store our suitcases. The living room was ok, the bedrooms a bit cramped. The kitchenette could have been a bit bigger. The bathroom was very nice. The location of the apartment was also ok. Car parking space in front of the apartment was very pleasant. Terrace inside also ok. Even barbecue available.

The apartment itself was really fine. The kitchen is a bit small, but it worked. But for 58 euros final cleaning we would have expected more cleanliness. If necessary, I can still accept dirty windows and dust on various surfaces, but the hair of the previous tenants in the bathroom on the wall in the shower was intolerable.

We had very nice weeks in Norddeich. The bungalow is comfortably furnished. The communal garden is especially great for children. A parasol would still be recommended for the terrace, as the sun shines on the terrace almost all day. In the ad I was missing the information about the washing machine, which you can use.
