Very nice apartment in a quiet area, not for people with reduced mobility, but this is also described in the ad. Ideal for relaxing as a couple or alone. Will come again.

The apartments could use some new chairs, the balcony also needs new chairs and the paths need to be cleared of weeds (the surrounding area needs cleaning) otherwise everything was fine.

Playground and spa park 3 minutes away, as well as the seal station. To the sea through the spa park about 10 minutes. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment. Therefore recommended with small children. The house makes a good impression and is very quiet.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and therefore has a high recreational value. It is about 15 minutes walk from the coast. Shops and restaurants can also be reached relatively quickly. It is tastefully and functionally equipped. TV (with a number of programs) and a small stereo complete the equipment. We can recommend the apartment without further ado, but the worn-out bed mattresses would have to be replaced immediately......

The apartment was quite nice, but the mattress was way too soft and you sunk into the couch. TV, radio, kitchen equipment and dishes were all there. Parking was also available, just a bit narrow in the yard when driving in and out. All in all ok for the price.

Problem-free key handover, everything you need for a week is there - we brought an espresso pot with us. Furnishings also worked to the required extent, mattresses and couch were a little saggy/worn. But the location is ideal, really only a few steps to the adventure pool and in less than 10 minutes you are on the dike, if you know that the "Strandpadd" leads straight there. Drivers of larger cars should perhaps practice maneuvering beforehand :-)

The mattresses are saggy, in the bathroom a spotlight falls out of the ceiling and the toilet brush holder should be taught. The kitchen and living room are okay

A year earlier we stayed in this apartment and I filled out a satisfaction slip. The defects I described were still there exactly one year later. Broken microwave (won't spin) and music system on/off button broken. This time the cleanliness was better than last year. The location is perfect. What we find disturbing is the bed and the location of the bed. In the sloping roof. You can't sit up straight in bed

Beautiful apartment, great location! Unfortunately, a lot of minor damage/defects such as cracked tiles, badly adjusted bedroom window, broken curtain rod in the bathroom... The bed also squeaks with every turn and the mattresses are past their prime.

I was there with my daughter, everything was super nice, the only thing missing is a spaghetti spoon :-) and the mattresses were through :-( and the terrace wasn't that great with the furniture either, where you were afraid to sit on it because the chairs were already rusting were ;.(

small and very clean apartment. Optimal equipment. The access stairs to the first floor are not necessarily suitable for seniors or even the disabled. The mattresses and the slatted frames squeak badly. total a very attractive clean apartment.
