Positive: Location directly on the dike, great view. The apartment has multiple levels, including the attic. Negative: The apartment seems neglected: the furnishings are generally dated, there are thick dust bunnies under the bed, kitchen cabinets have damaged floors and skirting boards, the closet and heater in the bathroom are chipped, the extra blankets are stained, and the balcony has grass and moss between the tiles and is so covered in droppings from starlings, pigeons, and jackdaws that it's unusable – truly disgusting and unhygienic!

Everything you need for a vacation is there. You should be a good walker, it is on the 3rd floor, but there is no elevator. Otherwise everything is great. The view is unique. You can see the sea, the harbor of Norddeich and the islands of Juist and Norderney. Definitely recommended.

Dear Sir/Madam, We returned from Norddeich today and are very disappointed with the apartment. The only good thing was the view of the sea. When we moved in, we noticed the uncleanliness, especially in the kitchen and balcony, cupboards, drawers and tiles were dirty, the balcony was covered in bird droppings, we had to scrub it every day to be able to walk on it. There were thick clouds of sticks in the bedroom under the beds, and their office on site could not help us.

Dirty (cobwebs) "unwanted" roommates (silverfish in the bathroom and bedroom) Balcony furniture and table as well as the floor should be replaced or cleaned I can prove everything with photos, I'm certainly not picky, I've seen many holiday homes, but in my opinion this one needs a general overhaul and the fantastic view doesn't make up for everything

The view is wonderful, the size of the apartment is good. There would be enough space for two people and when the weather is bad you can make yourself comfortable on the gallery with a good book. I slept well in the beds. It is a bit rustic, but comfortable and clean. The only thing I would have liked personally would be WiFi, a small oven and an egg cooker. Otherwise I was really very satisfied and will definitely spend my vacation there again.

I had received this apartment as a replacement for my booked holiday apartment Schwalbennest 2 in Norddeich (bathroom completely with strong mold growth). I was completely satisfied here. Very comfortable and clean, I would gladly book again at any time.

Disturbing factor: the fold-away bed, but not the mattress, but left, right and in the middle of the foot side disturbed a 15x12 cm piece of wood. bumped into it 4 times. Luckily no broken toe or anything else. No dishwasher. Otherwise everything great.

There was no description because we had to get Zeck's WLAN first, the answer from the employee was that there was no reception in the apartment anyway, but there was 100 percent reception. There were also no brochures in the apartment where you could see what you could do.

Sagging spring mattresses that had already bent up at all corners, and every spring could be felt. Slatted frame also defective. The noisy fan in the bathroom also affected the well-being. The fridge was very difficult to close and rattled in between.

The apartment is on the third floor of a residential complex. The condominium is clean and well maintained. The bed is a Murphy bed, the mattresses are saggy. The bedroom smells of old people, both of which were not pleasant. Here should be invested again in a new bed and good mattresses. The view of the dike and the North Sea is super nice. Otherwise everything you need is there. The kitchen has no oven. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.

Cut, equipment, view, location, everything was great. With us, little things clouded the 100% enjoyment: coffee machine quite rickety, should be replaced by a newer one. Murphy beds are impractical due to the annoying gap between the single beds and the handles at the foot ends (trip hazards). Since the wall beds are not used as such, they should be replaced with a normal double bed. For retirees, the lack of a lift may be a concern.

Of course, the view makes up for a lot. Nevertheless, the seating could be renewed. Better sun protection on the windows and on the balcony would also be good, because depending on the temperature it gets quite warm.

Very nice, spacious apartment, everything that was required was there, super great view, very friendly support from Interhome, forgotten luggage was forwarded immediately at no cost :) only drawback: bathroom without a window, therefore a little smell like old damp rags (possibly from the ventilation shaft) ,

Due to its location directly on the dike on the 3rd floor, the apartment impresses with the beautiful view that you have from here. It is also nicely laid out with the large living room and the small gallery above. However, one thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so transporting luggage can be extremely cumbersome. We also had no WiFi, a problem that seems to have been known for a long time...
