Apartment house "Sonnenschein". In the centre of Norddeich, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant, bakery, café 300 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 1.5 km, ferry "Norddeich" 1.5 km, sandy beach 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 250 m. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km, surf school 1.7 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 300 m.

Escape doors must be locked because the handle is from the outside; that's not a good idea. Apartment superficially clean, but everything full of cobwebs. Dirty, sticky cookware. No way to illuminate the stairs so that I can turn the lamp on or off from above. WLAN only for browsers, apps often not possible because access is restricted.

Parking should be available, then when I parked in the designated space, I had a ticket an hour later. Then I saw that you can only park with a parking permit. This would have been important information in advance
