The apartment has clear and obvious defects. The heating in the bathroom is rusty and dripping, you can't hang a towel here without it getting rust spots. The door in the bathroom is not shortened enough and draws in moisture, resulting in the door peeling off from below. The window in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in ages. The radio is an ancient device and defective, control buttons are missing, stations cannot be set. The terrace hasn't been cleaned for ages, no gardeners, etc.
