The facilities and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I've been coming to the north for YEARS BUT I've NEVER seen it so dirty. Captured in photos. There was WiFi but you couldn't make phone calls... if anything had happened you would have been stuck.

The apartment should be thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. A new coat of paint would do the apartment good, walls were partially dirty. A new carpet in the living room (was not very clean)

On arrival there was no heating in the living room for 2 days. Bedding and towels were missing. The couch is in bad condition.

Dear Sir or Madam, The sofa was a mess.. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired.. Cutlery tray dirty, etc... Toilet flushing defect. The heating in the bathroom could no longer be adjusted.... Parking lot sign A is missing A5
