We love this vacation apartment. The balcony offers a view of the promenade and the dike. The shower has been perfectly renovated with a lower entry, grab bars, and sliding doors. Unfortunately, the bed's slatted frame had been patched several times with cable ties, tape, and tissues, so I, weighing 75 kg, collapsed. We received a new one the day we complained.

We really liked Apartment 15 and would love to come back. Everything a household needs is there. The furniture was also fine. As I said, I would gladly book this apartment again next time.

The entire residential complex only has one storage room for a maximum of 6 e-bikes. So the only option is to store them in a protected area in the bike room. This can only be reached via a steep and long ramp/staircase. In most cases, this is impossible and dangerous for an elderly person. The beds were equipped with two different duvets, one of which was very thin for the height of summer.

This apartment did have a balcony, but without a sea view like the apartment we had actually booked. There is a rehabilitation clinic opposite and it is accordingly noisy. The blind in the bathroom is disgusting, as is the runner in the kitchen under the table. The shower is also pretty much done for. In the living room, some of the buttons on the wall unit are loose. On the other hand, everything is available in the kitchen in multiples (dishes) and also bread knives and scissors. There was also a cleaning set.

The kitchen was extensively equipped, also with enough crockery, so that the dishwasher was sensibly filled when it was started up. In all rooms there was plenty of storage space for our own things. The location right on the dike was also great. Be aware that there is no elevator.

Hello, we stayed in the apartment before Easter 2022. Everything was great. Sure, the living room could use a major upgrade. But everything worked out. in fact, I was wondering if there might be another reason to reside next door at Maris. I don't care. This apartment is much more spacious and comfortable than the hotel. The location is identical. Okay, the pool is missing - why go to the North Sea? At least not to splash about in a small hotel pool. So: fits!

Dishwasher defective, no water supply, no fitter after notification of damage. Poor parking car sat on the bollard. Mercedes B 200 no sports suspension. Object good location.

We liked the location very much. As well as the large kitchen and couch convinced us, the style is not ours, but we don't care about it on vacation. Unfortunately, the mattresses were not quite ours, which the back immediately confirmed. However, we felt very comfortable and would always go back.

As already mentioned, FeWo Baltrum is a beautiful apartment with a good room layout in a prime location, right on the dike. The facility is a bit dated, but overall it's functional. We felt comfortable and would rent the apartment again. One really has to complain, however, that - the lighting over the stove and sink is poor, - some pots and pans were unusable, - a little more crockery, glasses and cutlery should be available and - the upholstery on the balcony furniture was quite unsightly.
