The location is fantastic at CenterParcs North Sea Coast. Close to the center and less than 10 minutes from the dike. The handover went very smoothly. The amenities were really good. There was no kettle (the pot and stove worked fine), the dishes and pots were a bit worn but usable, and the clothes rack was missing (service was informed, but nothing was done—the owner should fix it). The dishwasher doesn't clean, it just distributes the contents—maybe it needs to be cleaned again. We'd be happy to return. Excursions: Melkhus, Langwarder Groden, Friesengolf, Bremerhaven

We were very pleased. The pictures and description are very accurate.

The dishwasher didn't wash well; some items didn't get clean after every wash cycle! The table on the patio was absolutely not inviting for breakfast or anything else! Very weathered! And on days with little sun, it was very dark because of the large trees and bushes!

Beautiful house, everything was there, I felt comfortable.

-Pet hair from previous tenants all over the house and on the furniture. -Bed too low to get up from. -Various damages in the house: Kitchen: backrest of the chair broken and some dirty and damaged dishes Living room: lamp broken Bedroom: antenna cable broken, no television possible, fly screen broken Children's room: smoke detector missing Bathroom: black mold in the shower cubicle and sink did not drain.

The price-performance ratio is not right, as the apartment needs renovation, furniture and dishes are thrown together. Location of the apartment is good

We felt very comfortable right away, and are considering whether to book again, but you should rework the runners, laminate and the bathroom, nothing is broken, mind you, I see it as a craftsman,

We liked the quiet location and the equipment with everything you need. What I didn't like was that the television reception left a lot to be desired. In the bedroom, the picture had disturbing stripes and snow. There was neither ARD nor NDR and in the last few days, despite complaints, there was no reception at all. The restaurants and the Wadden Sea are within easy walking distance. As a cyclist you have to share the road on the inside of the dyke with the admittedly few cars.

Insufficient television programs (no ARD, RTL, Sat1, WDR). Drain of the water basin in the bathroom is clogged.

The living room set is completely worn out. Absolutely uncomfortable. In the kitchen area there were ants in the hand. Otherwise it was to our satisfaction.

The house is in a good location and boasts an open fireplace. Unfortunately, the holiday was marred by the non-usable sofa (absolutely worn out) and the bad mattresses in the double bed.

There were no deficiencies that we wrote down. But there was nothing to complain about. We would love to come back.

Since I've known Tossens for years, and also the houses, we were very satisfied. me and my dog Super furnished and clean.

Great accommodation, well located, clean. Ideal for 4 people, also enough storage space in the cupboards. 2 small flaws, 1 mattress is saggy and in the kitchen a light above the worktop would be great, it was very dark on the worktop in the evening.

Great accommodation at reasonable prices. We recommend. Equipment everything available. Small remarks: - Accumulation of dirt under the couch (I wonder how thoroughly it is cleaned or just so that the guest has a good impression at first glance) - Mattresses are very soft (but that's a matter of taste) But we'd love to come back.

Beautiful house. Unfortunately a bit worn. Almost too small for four adults, ideal for families with children.

Very nice holiday home with good standard equipment. Everything clean and tidy. Very nice landlady and everything uncomplicated in the process. Would vacation there again.

We received a...More The house is centrally located and the beach is within easy walking distance. We just wanted to get some fresh air after Corona and were glad to have found this accommodation. The few television programs (e.g. ARD is missing), the condition of the remote control would be a shortcoming. The house had been cleaned very well upon arrival. Gladly again.

The accommodation was attractively furnished and clean. You can find (almost) everything you need. However, if you like to cook for yourself, you should definitely bring small kitchen utensils from home (salad bowl, grater, hand mixer and a baking tray). Even three televisions in the accommodation only make sense to a limited extent if the picture quality is poor - but television is overrated on holiday anyway ...

Terrace could use better equipment, table and parasol. Everything seems overgrown!
