The apartment is located on a quiet side street. Everything you need for self-catering is provided. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are located in the basement. There is no oven. Very good value for money.

The shower was dangerously slippery. Television reception for ARD and ZDF was completely out of order on some days (no signal). There were no cleaning products in the apartment, and no instructions regarding waste separation. It wasn't clear whether the vacuum cleaners, hand brooms, etc., from the basement were allowed to be used. The vacuum cleaner bags in the basement were overflowing. The dishwasher was missing salt (we bought it).

The apartment's location is excellent. The furnishings are fine and very clean. The carpeting is outdated. The bed linens have no buttons or zippers, so the inserts keep coming out. The Wi-Fi is terrible. There's no personal contact with the landlord. Not even a note with a written greeting or the Wi-Fi password. There's no vacuum cleaner, which we might have used to clean the floor every now and then. Nevertheless, we felt quite comfortable in the apartment overall.

The house was very well equipped and very complete. We are very satisfied.

We stayed there for eight days, and it was beautiful. The cottage was fully equipped; you could even do your laundry and hang it outside on a rack. It was clean and tidy. The only minor complaint was the chairs; they were a bit saggy. But otherwise, it was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Well-equipped apartment in a quiet location. Everything in the town is within walking distance. Very good hiking and walking opportunities in the town and in neighboring Inzell, great excursion options. But also ideal for pure relaxation.

The coffee machine needs to be unplugged or a new one needs to be bought, it takes about 30 minutes to make 3 cups of coffee. It took a while for the hot water to come out.

A very nice apartment. Close to the center, very good kitchen facilities. Armchair unfortunately uncomfortable, since worn out. Bathroom nice and new, unfortunately tiny shower head in the shower and no shelf for shampoo etc.

The apartment is very well located. Short way to the village and close to the Traun.

The apartment is of good length. The baker, the restaurants and hiking trails are easily accessible on foot

Nice friendly apartment, everything in a clean condition! The only thing that bothers me is the carpet. Short distances to the center!

Very nice apartment, great location. Unfortunately, the house is very noisy. In the bathroom and in the shower the joints had to be renewed. The key holders are very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very well located. It is not very far to walk to the "centre" and train station, and you can start beautiful hikes right in front of the door. The beds are comfortable. All clean. The apartment does not offer much space for suitcases etc. The "garbage corner" is missing in the living room: the couch can be pulled out, but needs a duvet cover. The apartment is a bit noisy, and on the terrace you sit on the platter. There should be more towels. Only one key for the apt.

Everything is there that you need for a holiday in the apartment. The only drawback is that the table cannot be extended and there is no reasonable oven. Otherwise, great support and advice on the area/holiday home.

We were very happy with this vacation. Everything was successful from start to finish. The handover, the apartment itself, the cleanliness and the whole environment with peace and parking and the location of the property everything was great. We will be back.

Very well located in a quiet area. Cross the next street and the Traun is already flowing. Close to XXX-XXX (almost 500 m). The mattresses are a bit saggy, so we slept on the sofa bed and the children in the parents' bed. Waste separation bins in the basement were of course full after a week for 5 parties and I had to nudge them to be emptied - which happened. WaMa door broken. Lawn could have been mowed a little earlier. Combination microwave-oven a bit awkward.
