Open kitchen 9 m2 (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large balcony 20 m2, small terrace 8 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The holiday apartment is the combination of the two apartments DE8491.200.23 and DE8491.200.24 (the upper floor can only be reached via an outside staircase, the balcony is partially covered). Lake 150 m. If you reserve the free additional beds (one per apartment possible), you can use the sofa bed in the living / dining room on the ground floor and / or the single bed in the 9 m2 bedroom on the upper floor. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment.
