-Location: Quiet, dead end, direct access to the forest -Parking: a few meters from the house, unfortunately not enough, or guest parking is also occupied by residents. Landlord and neighbors nevertheless strictly point out the use ("then just park further down") -Room layout: one small bedroom, one large bedroom, one children's room. OK for up to 6 people. Spacious holiday home in a very quiet wooded and hilly environment while being well located (quick proximity to everything by car). For the motorcycle tour with 3-5 adults, the apartment was OK, only the curtains were missing in the bedroom with a four-poster bed. The balcony was partly overgrown with young trees. Furthermore, an awning would have been recommended.

Haus Sonnenschein is a special holiday home with several floors and beautiful views from the balconies. The location is ideal for exploring the area: nearby forest, Burg Hohenzollern, toboggan run Gutach, Gengenbach, Triberg and numerous walks. Despite the heat wave, it was nice and cool in the bedrooms. Parking 100 meters from the house. A dark kitchen could be illuminated with a simple spotlight. Small fridge. Note: 37a and 37b are called 'Sonnenschein' and 37b comes first..

On the middle floor, the house is a real delight: comfortable furniture, a small balcony and a great view. There was also enough light in the evenings. But that was missing in the other rooms, which were only very dimly lit, which was particularly annoying in the kitchen area. The room layout is great, six people can spread out well here. However, some beds were worn out. The city of Hornberg will redirect traffic. Result: A cozy place.

The chalet is ideally located for visiting the Black Forest. It is good even in winter conditions. Slightly complicated access and limited parking are offset by a magnificent view of the valley, particularly from the two balconies.

The arrival was less fun, with the key holder who happened to arrive there was nothing known about our booking from 10-08-2019 to 17-08-2019. After some consultation and some phone calls back and forth, it was not yet known what was wrong had gone. After a while we still got the key to the apartment we booked, so that we could still enter our house.

Not seen the landlords in the days we were there, got an emergency phone call home after 2 days due to bad news, could not reach the landlord only the neighbor across the street who had to arrange everything by phone which was strange, 14 euros per person so 28.00 euro for 2 according to the neighbor who also thought it was strange on behalf of the landlord was an order from the municipality, because you come from the Netherlands you are a foreigner and you pay foreign rental tax, never heard of it you rent the house so you pay quite a lot for a week and then something like that on top of it and then the tourist tax we felt lifted so never again.

spacious and comfortable, well suited for 6 people, also for eating and watching TV, also highly recommended with a dog, since the forest path starts right outside the front door, very quiet location, the two balconies and 2 separate toilets are great, even with a bathtub
