We went on holiday for a week with five people (2 adults + 3 children). The location is great. Unfortunately, the holiday apartment is separate, across a public hallway. Front doors have to be opened with separate keys. Absolutely unsuitable for small children!!! The shower and dishwasher are also separate in the small "children's room". The landlords were very fussy when it came to broken glass, for example. Everything had to be replaced 1:1 or paid for at great expense.

mini kitchen . I washed and dried myself every day. There was no space for 2 people. Apartment consists of 2 partial apartments. A bit unfavorable with small children.

We spent our very nice holiday on Lake Constance in a clean, functional apartment. The apartment is a bit old-fashioned, but you still feel very comfortable. The landlords are very nice and have "pimped" the apartment with a few details (many hooks and shelves) so that you have everything you need. We would recommend them at any time.

The apartment furnishings are visibly showing their age. The sofa should be replaced as it is quite dirty. The parking lot or the exit is borderline dangerous. Incredibly loud children from the neighbours, whose parents are probably hard of hearing - but the apartment can't do anything about that. The price-performance ratio is not quite OK for Lake Constance. Owners/managers are very nice.

Holiday accommodation was very good. Enough space for 4 adults and two children. You could also use the lawn and grill and sit outside.

We felt comfortable in the accommodation. The interior is comfortably connected with the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and if you had any questions, the landlady was immediately accessible by phone. Familys.

Apartment was basically in order - due to the prefabricated house construction in the 70s, the apartments are relatively noisy. Beds need to be renewed!
