Friendly staff, quick check-in. Beautiful residence. Cozy and clean apartment, comfortable bedding and towels. Heated ski locker. But damaged furniture, ottoman and chair burned by the electric heater, damaged lampshade, cracked bathroom tile, yellowed joints, damaged tables, kitchen utensils and crockery would need to be replaced. Obliged to go through the outside to access the spa and the car park. Warm Jacuzzis, hammam HS. Disappointing standing for a 4*.
