Small, open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. View of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Apartment house "Baikonour", 12 storeys. 70 m from the centre of Corbier, in a sunny position, 50 m from the skiing area. Private: swimming pool heated (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 16.Dec. - 16.Apr. and 01.Jul. - 31.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:00). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. Public parking 30 m. Shop 50 m, grocery 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 30 m, bus stop, outdoor swimming pool 100 m. Ski lift, chair lift 50 m, ski school 70 m, ski-kindergarten 150 m, sled run 70 m. The swimming pool indicated is located 100 m from the residence: it is the outdoor municipal swimming pool. Children from 3 to 5 years old, access authorized depending on weather conditions (in winter). The pool is included with the rental.

Everything went well and it met our expectations during our stay. Small note: Improved the security for the windows to be able to open them when you have children. And a dishwasher would be welcome. I highly recommend it, even a vacuum cleaner and coffee maker are available.

An unheatable bathroom, causing humidity and an unbearable smell. Black shower seals, many questionable stains on furniture and doors. We had to wash elsewhere every day, winter sports oblige, to move from one room to another was just inadmissible. Housing facing north, without washing machine, without dishwasher, without balcony, without bedroom… and without bathroom: 400 eur was therefore far too expensive compared to the different accommodations of our friends!

The apartment is well equipped in general and very central next to ski lifts and shops and with easy parking and ski storage, although the latter could be improved, for example by adding a hanger or shelf to leave something. Also missing in the apartment is a wardrobe, more coat racks and better heating.
